This Regulatory Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) & Financial Crimes Prevention (FCP) Certification will provide participants with an understanding of what an effective supervisory and enforcement system comprises at the national level. Effective supervision and enforcement are an important component of an effective anti-money laundering, countering financing of terrorism and financial crimes prevention regime.
This course will enhance candidates understanding of the relevant Financial Action Task Force’s (FATF) requirements by describing good practices and providing illustrative case examples. It is understood that the institutional measures and legal systems that countries may use to achieve risk-based supervision and enforcement in their country will depend on variable factors such as the size and complexity of the financial services sector, the threats, vulnerabilities and risks to which that country is exposed.
This certification will cover the basic skills and knowledge that will assist candidates in establishing an effective supervisory program within a competent authority and to undertake a supervisory examination.
This professional certification includes 15 modules over a period of 16 weeks covering all the key elements of a risk-based Regulatory AML-CFT-FCP Framework. The certification includes all key aspects in connection with AML-CFT-FCP Supervisory trending topics.
